Usenet Retention Increases
As of late October 2009, most of our recommended Usenet services now offer OVER 400 days of binary retention. Giganews is still the market leaders with 440 days but Astraweb is close behind with 430 days. Usenetserver and Newshosting have both recently crossed the 400 day barrier and are continuing to grow server capacity. Usenet users everywhere rejoice. More retention is good for all Usenet and as completion rates and speed are all very high these days, Usenet just keeps getting better and better.
